A rendering count is not a design decision. This page says what we inherit, not whether we should. Every number on it is one point in time and moves when the pin moves.
Utilities with hardcoded values are invisible here. .rounded is a literal .25rem rather than a var(), so its usages appear in no measurement taken at the level of custom properties, including this one.
